Another Day, Another Night

As time goes by, my Spring break is gone. Right now all my final exams are heading towards me, nor my papers and my French class play. I went to work as usual, finally I figured a way to go to downtown Manhattan in an express way by subway. Definitely is a plus for me. Nothing really interesting happened, except my roommate is moving out by May 1st. So weird. She had gave me a headache most of the time, now since I get used to her existence, when I heard she's gonna leave soon, I feel empty though. Maybe it just the way it is when someone had live in your daily life. I'm gonna miss her.

Last night I've been thinking a lot about my current issues. I came down to the point that I am so tired of something, maybe is time to let go whatever "things" that been bothering me.

I am tired.

At this moment, I am listening to this:

Listen! I'm in Debt - A way to rescue

I'm in Debt.. Credit card debt.. Student loan and many things else. Wanna get out from "hell" as soon as possible. I figure out a way to make it work.

The first thing in the DO list. Get a "Get a get out of debt calculator", like this one : Click here

And Yes, you can get out of debt! Follow this three-step plan and work your way to debt-free living. By taking control of your finances, you're taking control of your life -- and making it better than ever.

Step 1: Understand Your Spending
The first step in dealing with debt is understanding where and why you spend and how you got into debt in the first place. Find out where you stand.

Step 2: Repay Sensibly
Now you must learn how to pay off what you owe. (It doesn't have to be painful -- we promise!) Small steps can make a big difference, and the sooner you start, the sooner you'll be debt-free.
  1. Immediately stop charging anything additional on credit cards.
  2. Find out how much is owed.
  3. Pay more than the minimum payment.
  4. Send in payments as soon as the bill is received (every extra day you carry a balance, your interest charges accumulate).
  5. When one card is paid off, make the same payments on another (resist seeing the extra money as spending money).
  6. Refuse the credit card issuer's offer of a minimum payment of zero or to skip a payment for a month.
  7. Consolidate cards (make sure to cut up the cards with balances that are now zero).
  8. Refinance high-rate credit cards (shop around for the best interest rate).
  9. Consider using savings to pay off high-rate credit card balances (only if you already have a three-to six-month emergency savings fund).
Step 3: Get financially healthy
Finally, you can avoid future debt, safeguard your financial record and protect yourself from fraud with just a few basic precautions.

I hope it works~

A Trick To Start The Week Better - Jessology

Is another day, another working day, another school day.... For God sake, how can I get a "me" day in such a routine life? Being a human is hard enough, especially being a woman that live in a 21st century. What should I called it? Ah, the modern girl. A modern girl needs Glamour that she could live on everyday from now and then. Woopi Doobi! Way to start a week. Never is too late. Here is a little list that I created for you guys.. Girls, Guys, take a look! And rock your week!

  • Monday - Tired of being the family/friend's driver? Call your buddy give you a ride to wherever you want to go. A good friend will never say no to your "once in a while" laziness.

  • Tuesday - Don't spend the night cooking or having instant noodles in the house. Order in a fancy dessert (ice-cream sounds good) instead of dinner.

  • Wednesday - Toast yourself with some champagne/cocktails at lunch. Late afternoon high tea good to go with couple of friends.

  • Thursday - Love is in the air. Single? Did you meet someone who can rocks your soul? An admirer wants to spoil you. Get couple friends get down to the bar/club to rock in ladies night. Attached? Spend a romantic evening with your partner.

  • Friday - Love, sex, cocktails, parties and travel go together like chocolate and well.. anything.
List for Saturday and Sunday? Have your own plans? Write it down. Share with us!

It's The Little Things

This weekend was fabulous for a number of reasons, big and small:

  • Spring break finally arrived on Saturday and I've been waiting for it. It's glory

  • My pay check has finally deposited. Bartender equipments shopping?

  • My clingy, noisy, needy house mate would always be there, right next door to me, but at least Felix fixed up her internet network, she doesn't have MUCH excuses to come into my room no more.

  • And of course, I got to get together with Felix and Momoko for a night out. It's terrific wonderful time when we all get together, funny, nonsense and laughs.
  • Which brings me to my next good thing: The fact that I now have the latest picture of me looking good when i went to the grand opening of Yoshihide Yonezawa-san YO-C Saloon in East Village.
  • A perfect time for my little meditate thingy? Oh Wee Wee.. Gotta in love with Union Square once again.

  • Summer escape trip planning! Gonna take a small break in Bethal, Cobleskill, Upstate New York and then heading up to Montreal, Canada. Can't wait.
Next weekend is gonna be another great party-sat-day. :P
